There is much to be gained by having your instruments serviced directly by the company that designed them. Our highly qualified, factory-trained & certified service team offers the most knowledge and experience in the industry. Plus, no other company has a direct line to manufacturer support and parts like we do, with direct access to sales, logistics, R&D, and even the instrument development engineering teams.

The South African office, based in Randburg, South Africa, was founded in 1993 to provide direct sales and services to the Sub-Saharan African region and later further strengthened its presence by offering indirect sales via authorized appointed distributors within Sub-Saharan African area. In 1995, the South African offices became an accredited Authorized Service Centre providing factory-certified services, maintenance, repairs and calibration to the Hach range of equipment both in the field and within our factory-certified workshop.

will take care of your device’s maintenance, service, test and calibrations as per the factory prescribed procedures with a factory-certified Calibration Certificate upon completion. Reports indicating the work done, faults found and recommendations are presented to you as well. Only genuine parts are used.

Workshop Repair

Our Factory-Certified fully-equipped Workshop

will perform repairs to your device as per the factory prescribed procedures with a factory-certified Calibration Certificate upon completion. Reports indicating work done, faults found and recommendations are presented to you as well. Only genuine parts which passes strict QA/QC tests are used

Field Maintenance

Factory-trained/certified Service Engineers

will come to your site and perform maintenance, service, test and calibrations to your devices as per the factory prescribed procedures and offer you a factory-certified Calibration Certificate upon completion. Site visit reports indicating the work done, faults found and recommendations are presented to you as well. Enquire about a Preventative Maintenance Plan for your site

Field Repair

Factory-trained/certified Service Engineers

will come to your site and perform repairs to your devices on site (where possible) as per the factory prescribed procedures using only genuine parts. Minor adjustments to your devices are carried out at no additional charge to you. Site visit repair reports indicating the work done, faults found and recommendations are also presented

Technical Support

Factory-trained/certified Service Engineers

are available for all your Technical Support matters providing you with support via our extensive experience and International Service database. Response is provided to you via e-mail, telephonically and even via the WhatsApp social media platform. Where matters are beyond our scope, Tech support is obtained from the Factory and relayed back to you.
